Organizational Circular – 17/07/202

We the IT & ITES employees are facing a two pronged attack from the deepening Global Economic crisis and the Pandemic catastrophe. Its implications are visible in the form of Job cuts, Pay cuts, unregulated WFH, etc.. We are in a dire need to increase the organization’s activity to a much larger scale to campaign for Rights, Job Security and the need of Workplace Unionization. Since only this can help establish Democracy at Workplace to overcome the impending challenges.

To increase organization’s work qualitatively and quantitatively gradually, the Executive Committee has co-opted 5 members into the Executive Committee, 2 members as Office Bearers. The Committee has also passed a resolution to change the role of Elango, Joint Secretary to Treasure of the organization. We hope with the inflow of active members into the leadership, we would be able to grow larger and stronger. Full list of the Executive Committee and Office Bearers are in the picture.
