White paper on Parental Benefits of IT and ITES employees

On 3rd July 2022, the white paper on Parental Benefits of IT and ITES employees were released on an online session by UNITE’s working women group before comrade Malathi, National Vice President, of Center of Indian Trade Unions (CITU).

Parental Benefits for IT/ITes Employees was a Survey conducted by Union of IT and ITES employees (UNITE) to understand the effectiveness of maternity/paternity rights and the limitations that exist in the IT/ITES companies.

The union thanks all the IT and ITES employees who helped in the survey. Your inputs helped us understand the impact of the existing laws and areas of it that require improvement
