International Working Women’s Day 2021

As part of Celebrating International Working Women’s Day on March 8th 2021, Union of IT and ITES Employees (UNITE) organized a panel discussion on “Navigating the IT Industry as a Woman”.

The panelists were Women Trade Unionists working in various IT and ITES companies and presided by Dr. Kalpana, Associate Professor at IIT Madras.
